Support if you Need it

Our aim is to make it as quick and easy as possible for you to set up your Hosted Direct products and services and start using them within your organisation. We hope you’ll find installation fairly straightforward but, rest assured, help is available should you need it.

What is Covered

Up to 90 days of support from our Help Desk staff via telephone or email. Calls outside this period are through our standard 0844 support line.

The Help Desk will be available to you from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday.
