By adding the Faxmail option to your Business Phone Service, you can receive faxes, store them securely in your designated mailbox, and retrieve them when, how and where is most convenient to you. Alternatively, any of your existing phone numbers can be used for receiving faxes!

Secure Mailbox

No more concerns about incoming faxes lying on the fax machine and being read by unauthorised people. With our Hosted Direct Fax-to-Email service, faxes are only printed out if and when you choose. Received faxes are held securely and confidentially in your mailbox.

New Fax Alerts

You can set up your mailbox to alert you when new faxes arrive, you can dial in to check for new faxes, you can have them automatically forwarded to your email inbox or you can manage your faxes using the web interface included with your Faxmail service.

Accessing Your Faxes

When you receive a fax, it is forwarded automatically to your nominated email inbox as a new message with an attached .tiff file. You can also access and manage your mailbox from any telephone.
