Hosted Direct is the name used for our eCommerce offering based on software as a service delivery of the TeleWare plc products from our dual secure and resilient hosted data centres in Dockland and Heathrow.
Hosted Direct make the TeleWare business telephony applications provided to large enterprise customers including 21% of the top 1000 available to small businesses providing online ordering and support and deployment assistance through our help desk.
Hosted Direct take their strength from the experience and backing of TeleWare, who have been established since 1991. They have been involved in the delivery of hosted communications since 2004 and have an over 40,000 installed base of business users.
All products offered are based on the TeleWare platforms in London and Docklands.
Orders placed on Hosted Direct are routed immediately to our operations group and services are activated online using our web based portal. Any hardware purchases are shipped to your designated address from our operations group.
If we are to guarantee a level of service, we have to provide the connectivity which has been ratified by TeleWare, and we ensure that it has the ability to differentiate between voice and data and provide the relevant capacity and quality of service to manage the required amount of calls.
We also offer a white list which allows you to self certify that a tha ht system will perform but it does not guarantee any level of service.
The hosted direct services are delivered by TeleWare Plc from secure datacenters in Heathrow and London Docklands. These data centres are fully redundant and are created using resilient and fault tolerant architecture as well as providing protection against attack using both layer 3 and layer 4 based security plus strong access controls. Currently the services are providing 99.999% uptime.
