Our Call Charges

Use of the Hosted Direct business line service is Free of Charge and does not incur any monthly fees. There are no inbound call charges and callers pay standard call rates from their provider. Calls between multiple extensions are Free of charge. Outbound charges are incurred for calls made out from the Business Line to other numbers and are chargeable at our standard hosted direct call rates. A local UK daytime call is 0.9ppm. There is a minimum charge of 1.0 pence per call.
